Truley a rare Rainbow, Collected in a small tributary stream that flows into Lake Sentani. They have not been widely available and only a handful of enthusiasts are maintaining them in captivity. Their overall colouration is deep orange with narrow silver or light blue stripes between each horizontal scale rows with black fins This species has been confused with Chilatherina fasciata in the hobby, but has a much longer, more pointed head and usually 10 soft dorsal rays compared to 12-14 rays in Chilatherina fasciata
