Juveniles and females are shown in the
photographs. The males are pale blue.
The five dots can fuse to form a
stripe.
Requires a large aquarium and should be kept in groups of 3-5.
If
startled the fish will quickly burrow into the substrate. The fish does not
adapt it's behaviour to the aquarium, therefore a fine substrate should be used
to minimise injury to the fish. |
